Services (and our method)

Full Circle will first acquire feedback from the client about his/her previous goals, exercise and nutrition habits, and what has/has not worked in reaching those goals. We also consider any medical history and/or prescription drug use as related to their health and wellness goals (prescription diet pills, for example, or if the client has undergone any surgical weight loss procedures).​

 

We then work with the client to determine their current objectives and chart a course for success. Full Circle employs an approach to goal setting that is both safe and practical - safe in that we realize the danger in suggesting calorie-restricted diets, or in prescribing advanced exercise routines beyond the client’s current level of fitness, and practical in that it is a 3-step approach the client will be able to utilize at any point throughout their life.

Nutritional Counseling
           

 

After establishing a goal set, Full Circle will help the client construct a nutritional strategy that is in support of those goals. This nutritional strategy is quite broad in scope and involves educating the client on basic nutritional science. We feel that true success with any nutrition plan comes not from counting calories, but rather understanding how our bodies process the foods we eat.

 

We emphasize how to plan meals, budget for groceries, and how to properly cook and store food. This may include accompanying the client to their local market and teach healthy shopping habits, if requested, as well as visiting the client's home kitchen for basic cooking instruction.

Exercise Programs
           

 

Full Circle understands that an exercise strategy must coincide with the nutritional strategy for optimal results. Thus, we will design exercise programs and conduct personal training, either in a commercial or a home gym, as required by the client.

 

The combination of all of these concepts - establishing a solid foundation, laying goals upon that foundation, learning about nutritional science, and executing a nutrition and exercise program - is what we feel empowers our clients to meet and exceed their health and wellness goals consistently and without limitation.

 

Full Circle sincerely hopes that arming clients with these skills and knowledge will afford them license to live a practical life robust with health and wellness, and help them come "Full Circle".
